Anyone would expect a professional artist and designer to produce excellent work. Travis Miller certainly does, but he also meets or beats every deadline and is highly creative and flexible in collaborating on complex projects. In my more than 30 years in publishing, I've never worked with a better artist.

The things I appreciate most about working with Travis are that he’s reliable and he takes the time to understand the particulars of the task at hand. For example, I hired him to design the pages of a newspaper I ran at a nonprofit organization. Prior to his arrival, I’d been doing a decent job with the design myself and I was apprehensive about bringing in someone new who might not appreciate the rather inflexible workflow I developed for getting the paper out on time. All my worries were for naught. Travis delivered across the board. Not only did he vastly improve the paper with his clean, modern design, but he effortlessly met the demands of our production process. It wasn’t long before he became a valued member of our team. Perhaps the best testament to his abilities, though, was the organization began using him for other jobs in addition to the paper.

A few years ago we did a very smart thing approaching Travis Miller to design our logo, brand image, and website. So many of our clients offered unsolicited praise for the new logo, it’s definitely a hit. For the website, we really weren’t sure what we wanted and Travis quickly figured out how to provide exactly what we didn’t know how to ask for. He has a gift for finding elegant solutions to complex problems, and he makes it all look simple, clean, and unforgettable.
